All the stories I post are short-shorts of incidents that have happened, as best as I can remember them. My memory of these, of course, has shifted over time, and what they mean to me has shifted as well. I do not write or post them in order mostly because once an experience is internalized, it is always present and always part of who I am, and who I am affects how I see the story. As Joseph Smith observed, in another world, “all things for their glory are manifest, past, present, and future, and are continually before [them].”
Likewise, I see little distinction between dream experiences and waking experiences: both types can be profound and vastly affect my perception of the world around me.
I publish books independently. Readers of my books may find influences in my life here, and likewise, reading these stories will shade and shape how one experiences my books.
