Lucia and Brayden had to do new military IDs for their base housing, and as we all know, government ID pictures are mortifying. Here at Greenhill Manor, we are into mortifying. We are especially into mortifying when elite meme skills get involved, and Lucia has elite meme skills. For example, Lu sent us this image of her ID and complained about her forehead, which caused us all to share her Megamind picture from grade school.
But then Brayden had to go, and he tried to fight against the forehead-expanding nature of government cameras by doing whatever this is with his hair, and Lu went bananas.
Brayden, like any good military man, was not one to back down from a fight, so while Lu was sleeping, he struck back with this.
And then, for no reason I can discern other than opportunity, he took Lindsay down too.
Armed with her new vocabulary weapons, Lauren went a different direction. She found herself in a photo posted by Lock Haven (she’s taking a photo of the team on the podium). She blew it up to focus on herself and noted:
I thought I was more cheeked up.
Empathetic as always, Lu responded, That was my butt at Grant’s wedding. Someone took a pic of me from behind and I had no ass.
Lauren: I feel like I’m a dumper but maybe I’m not.
This is, of course, problematic on various levels, but especially this one: pretty sure one has or has not a dumper, not that one is or is not a dumper, unless of course one is actually a big ass.
Our wedding twenty-fifth wedding anniversary is April 24. I’ll let you know if I’m still alive.
